Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

By registering as a Rybowicz Service Platform member or using free or paid services (hereinafter referred to as the Service), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. You agree to abide by all relevant specifications and accept that certain services may be affected by updates or force majeure events related to third-party social media platforms. Refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.

If you agree to all the terms of this End-User License Agreement (EULA), by checking the box or clicking the button to confirm your acceptance when you first use the application, you are bound by this agreement. Registering as a Rybowicz member constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Use of Social Media APIs

Rybowicz uses official Social Media APIs (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) available through the respective Developer Centers. Because of this dependency:

• The functionality of the Service is subject to changes made by the Social Media platforms.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by critical changes implemented by these third parties.
• We cannot guarantee permanent compatibility with Social Media APIs.
• No refunds are provided for problems arising from changes or restrictions applied by these APIs (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).

Liability Disclaimer

Party B (the user) acknowledges that Party A (Rybowicz) cannot be held responsible for downtime, disruptions, or failures resulting from third-party services. By using the Service, you accept these limitations and waive claims for refunds or compensation in such cases.
